Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Standard Shipping is done by Canada Post or Dicom. Once available we will provide a tracking number enabling you to locate your package online. Orders shipped within Canada by Canada Post are delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the region. Orders shipped by Dicom (available only for delivery addresses in Quebec) are normally delivered within 1 to 2 business days. To be eligible for delivery by Dicom, you must be present for the receipt of the parcel, to certify by signature the receipt of the parcel. If you are absent during the delivery, a 2nd delivery attempt will be made, but AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage that are taxable. They are calculated according to Canada Post charter varies according to weight and size of the package.
