Satisfaction guarantee

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed (excluding shipping cost). The return of items is at the expense of the customer. We accept exchange or refund for a period of 10 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of CDN 10% for Canada and 20% CDN for other countries will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the Maman Gato & cie online store.

Shipping Time and Mode

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Standard Shipping is done by Canada Post, Dicom or Purolator. Once available we will provide a tracking number enabling you to locate your package online.  Orders shipped within Canada by Canada Post are delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the region. Orders shipped by Dicom or Purolator (available only for delivery addresses in Quebec) are normally delivered within 1 to 2 business days. To be eligible for delivery by Dicom and Purolator, you must be present for the receipt of the parcel, to certify by signature the receipt of the parcel. We reserve the right, for any reason, to change your choice of carrier at any time, if delivery times remain the same or benefit you.

The option ``Custom Edible Image - Cake Topper - Cookie Stencils '' is offered at a cost of $ 6 plus tax for all PRINTED edible images, cake topper and cookie stencil. The price is fixed for all of CANADA no matter how many you buy. This option is not offered to international destinations. This shipment is made by Canada Post Letter services and does not offer a tracking number. Lead times are generally 2 to 7 working days depending on the region of delivery. If you require a tracking number and/or faster delivery, please choose the Dicom/Purolator option.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage that are taxable. They are calculated according to Canada Post charter varies according to weight and size of the package. We recommend you to group your items in one order to reduce your shipping costs. Some products such as bulk ingredients, fondant, gum past are not eligible for free shipping. You can still add it to your order, but you will have to pay shipping costs. We will contact you, if this is the case.

 Lost parcel 

For a package to be declared lost, Canada Post requires a waiting period of up to 75 days depending on the type of shipment selected before starting the search for a package. After the time period, Canada Post provides a period of one month to do the research. If the package is still not found and officially declared lost, Canada Post will refund the shipping cost and contents of the package up to $ 100.00. The refund from the you will be made only when Canada Post has authorized the refund.  Maman Gato & Cie is not responsible for delays or lost parcels by Canada Post, Customs or your local station, however we are committed to making the necessary efforts to locate your package, make claims and reimburse you if a refund is to carry out.

Delivery address

If you make a mistake in the delivery address you provided us and that your package does not goet to you and is returned, you will bear the cost of transportation for the return of the parcel and for the second shipment.

If the error comes from Maman Gato & Cie, we will pay the return costs and for the second shipment .
